"in the spirit of the hamptons"

while on holiday, in arizona, where the temps are warm, warmer and warmest i fashion shorts to other alternatives. i adore madras and seersucker. the material is classic, timeless, fresh, country club-ish and allows for a variety of blouses, tops, summer "t's" and blazers to be worn with them. madras and seersucker are of a more casual material though paired with proper accessories and proper foot-wear it will lend to a more "dressy" appearance. arizona is quite the distance from "the hamptons", but when i wear my seersucker and madras; i'm reminded of this summer destination i wish to vacation at someday.
